The Agentic AI Masterclass is a hands-on, online training program designed to equip participants with practical skills to design and deploy AI agents that go beyond simple automation. Delivered in collaboration with CIS College, the course focuses on building autonomous, context-aware workflows using large language models (LLMs) and automation platforms, with a strong emphasis on real-world business applications.

Course Overview

Participants will learn how to design AI agents capable of understanding context and goals, making decisions based on data and logic, retaining and retrieving information over time, and interacting with humans through structured approval-based workflows. The program combines conceptual grounding with applied, hands-on labs and a capstone project, ensuring that participants complete the course with production-ready skills that can be applied directly within organizational environments.

Course Structure

The masterclass is structured across four progressive phases that move from foundational concepts to real-world deployment. These include an introduction to automation and AI fundamentals, a deep dive into reasoning, memory, and context for AI agents, the design of advanced agentic workflows, and a final phase focused on governance, ethics, and a capstone project that brings all components together.

Methodology

The course is delivered through live, instructor-led online sessions that combine demonstrations, guided hands-on labs, applied exercises, and interactive discussions. Participants will work through practical use cases and complete a capstone project, culminating in a live presentation of their agentic workflow.
