Her expertise spans program design, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), capacity building, budget management, and donor relations.

What to Expect
This 60-minute introductory overview provides a high-level preview of the core concepts, frameworks, and processes covered in CIFAL Lebanon’s three-day workshop Strengthening Project Impact through MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning), scheduled for September 2025. The session familiarizes participants with the MEAL framework and key terminology, and highlights the value of integrating MEAL principles into project design and implementation. Scope: introductory overview; not a comprehensive training.

Live, 60-minute online briefing (Zoom Webinar) featuring a structured slide presentation, brief audience check-ins, a short diagnostic to gauge familiarity, and Q&A as time permits.
